The North Africa Mixed Migration Task Force (NAMMTF) identifies and establishes areas for:

• Enhancing cooperation among members in order to promote synergies, define new ideas and areas of intervention, and minimize duplication.
• Working with respective national governments, inter-regional bodies, local stakeholders, including civil society, and United Nations agencies to strengthen the capacity to respond to mixed and complex migratory movements and protect migrants’ rights.
• Encouraging broad participation and commitment of relevant sectors and other stakeholders, including migrants and refugees.
